- Construction work follows approved drawings

- Client must ensure site access during working
hours
- Delays caused by weather or legal issues
excluded
- All payments must be cleared as per agreement
- Warranty applies only to agreed construction

- Unauthorized site changes are not permitted
- Safety rules must be followed on construction

- Final handover after full payment clearance
- Company reserves right to update terms
